Bring the pasta to a boil in a generous amount of water with 1% salt.
Sedani: approx.18 min.
Penne: approx. 18 min.
Spaghetti: approx. 7 min.
Pour the sauce from the bag into the pan, add the pasta water and warm it up. Once the pasta is cooked, bring the sauce to a simmer over high heat and serve. Top with cheese if preferred.
